Shipping for Jewelry Orders (Necklaces and Earrings)
If an item is shown on this website, it is currently in stock so you do not need to worry about shipping delays. Orders are usually shipped the next business day. At this time, we only ship to customers in the United States.
We normally ship jewelry orders via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, so most jewelry orders are received within 1-3 days of shipping depending on how far the package is traveling. We do not offer any alternative expedited shipping options of our jewelry shipped directly from our store. Please note that there is no weekend service Priority delivery, so allow an extra day or two if your package is in transit over a weekend. Therefore, a package that leaves our store on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper (UPS or USPS) until Monday morning.
Shipping of Jewelry Cleaners and Findings
In the interest of efficiency, we store all of our jewelry cleaner products, earring backs, magnetic clasps and other findings in a Fulfillment Center. Orders of these products will be shipped from the fulfillment center via ground shipping. Most orders leave the fulfillment center within a day or two, with delivery in 5-7 days.
